Privacy and data protection

A short note on what data we receive, why, and how to delete it. GDPR compliant.

Who is responsible

What we receive

Only what you send yourself: name, phone, message text and the booking time you picked. No sign-up, no extra fields.

Why

To answer your request, agree on the work and issue an invoice. We never use the data for advertising or newsletters.

Where it is stored

In our database on our own server in Estonia. A notification about the request goes to the technician in Telegram. We never sell or share data with third parties. If you came from a link in our Instagram, we also keep your chat number with the booking, only to send the confirmation there.

How long

As long as needed for the request and bookkeeping. On your request we delete it right away.

Remote sessions

We connect only with your consent and you see every action on screen. We don’t copy your files.

Cookies and statistics

No advertising or tracking cookies. The visit counter stores no IP addresses, only anonymous statistics.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have, correct it or delete it. If something is wrong you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
